My fiancé, I have been looking for a larger vehicle for a couple weeks. We went to a local Janesville car dealership (Kia) and had a terrible experience. I was looking into a vehicle and we were told my credit union was one of there best place to work with. We got into the vehicle and it realer like cigarettes. We went in and told them. They acted shocked. After finding a vehicle, I was approved from my credit union, this dealership stated that they did not work with my Credit Union (summit) after they told us already on the phone that they did. I was completely turned off by the idea of purchasing a new car at a dealership. My fiancé Stated that a lot of his fellow firefighters have gone through Burtness and they have had amazing purchase prices, salesmen and the locations are awesome. When the products are similar, it's the dealer that makes the difference. This slogan could not have held to any higher standards. I found two vehicles That I was interested. We went and met Nick, he had the vehicle ready for us and even offered us beverages. I test drove two vehicles and within minutes, I knew exactly the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Nick, was Not only was amazing salesman, but he was so knowledgeable for each of the vehicles that I drove and was a great advocate for me by helping me get a trade in price on my old vehicle. Within minutes we got a price for my trade in and agreed on a price on the new vehicle. The finance department was exceptionally amazing. We worked with Dan, who was incredible. You could see his experience and enthusiasm in his work. We had such a quick turnaround time in signing all appropriate loan documents. But that being said both Nick and Dan went above and beyond. We will only purchase vehicles from them in the future. I can’t want to hear about Nick’s Christmas at his mom’s house and Dan’s upcoming concert. Truly amazing. Do yourself a favor. Don’t do what I did. Go to Burtness first. And get the gap insurance. (For you, Dan!)
